Exchange Policy


At SnugDrip, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange process under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

◦ Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
◦ Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
◦ Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective/damaged items.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

◦ Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

◦ Email us at infosnugdrip@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
◦ Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup if eligible.
◦ Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship the replacement within 3–5 working days.

Important Notes:

◦ Only one exchange per order is allowed.
◦ We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
◦ In some areas, reverse pickup might not be available. In that case, you may need to self-ship the item.
